This is a 60-minute class that consists of learning the foundational skills of trampoline, tumbling, calisthenics, and conditioning. As an introductory class, this is a level that will focus on safety, proper form and technique, as well as having fun with the love of these energizing sports

Understanding the terminology used in this program is emphasized highly in this level, as well. The curriculum is tailored for the students’ age group and physical development to ensure they feel safe and empowered to learn. The purpose being, to create a comfortable and safe training environment for our male athletes.
